DAY 1 - The Journey begins
Departure from Ust-Kamenogorsk city to Novosibirsk city
DAY 2 - Irkutsk City
We arrive at Irkutsk airport, drive to the hotel at the lake shore & have a little rest from the road.
DAY 3 - Baikal lake
This day we walk along the embankment and make a short hike up to the height where the panorama of Baikal opens up. In the evening we visit the museum, where we are told interesting facts about the history of the lake and its unique inhabitants. At dinner we taste local delicacies.
DAY 4 - Olkhon island
We go on a cruise to Olkhon Island, admire the stunning scenery, return with new impressions and get ready for Irkutsk airport.
DAY 5 - Khalaktyrsky beach
We arrive at the capital of the Kamchatka peninsula. We stay at the hotel and have a rest after the flight. After lunch we go to the shore of the Pacific Ocean - incredible Khalaktyrsky beach with black volcanic sand. We swim in the ocean, enjoy the sound of waves and the beauty of the beach.
DAY 6 -Vachkazhec mountain range trekking
An atmospheric journey through spectacular scenery. Today this area is an extinct volcano. During ancient eruptions, the craters of the volcano collapsed, leaving huge cirques. The area is rich in red-listed flora and diverse fauna and is protected. Our trail passes through crystal sky-blue rivers and a noisy spectacular waterfall. We finish the day pleasantly relaxing at the natural hot springs "Zelenovsky Ozerky".
DAY 7 - The capital of Peninsula
Today we will visit the iconic places of the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, walk in the historical park, learn about outstanding personalities and patrons of the capital. The observation platforms offer incredible views of the Avacha Bay, Three Brothers Rocks, Petropavlovsk Lighthouse.
DAY 8 -Valley of Volcanoes
We’ll drive to the valley of volcanoes: say hello to Vilyuchinsky volcano, marvel at the cosmic scenery of Gorely volcano and go trekking to its vent.
DAY 9 -Mutnovsky volcano
After overnight stay in a guest house, we move further - to the Mutnovsky volcano, we will see its fumaroles - the smoking vent of the volcano. We will admire the scenery of the Opasny canyon. Traditionally, we will finish the day in hot springs.
DAY 10 - Cruise in the open ocean
We will go on a sea boat to the Russian Bay, have a photo hunt for killer whales and listen to the menacing roar of sea lions. You will have a chance to go fishing and taste freshly cooked sea delicacies.
DAY 11 - Avachinsky volcano trekking & climbing
We drive to the base camp along the course of the Dry River. The ascent to the crater and the descent will take all daylight hours, accompanied by an experienced guide in summer time no special equipment and preparation is required. You will admire the frozen lava & bizarre fumaroles.
DAY 12 - Blue Lagoon
We will spend one of two extra days in case of bad weather at the Blue Lagoon hot springs. This will give us the opportunity to rest comfortably, relax and gain strength.
DAY 13 - Walking around the city
We will spend the second spare day in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, visiting its unique museums. We have found stores with great choice & reasonable prices for souvenirs in advance. Those who want to buy caviar and seafood will have the opportunity that day.
DAY 14 - Novosibirsk
Direct flight from Kamchatka to Novosibirsk.
DAY 15 - Coming back to Ust-Kamenogorsk
Departure from Novosibirsk city to Ust-Kamenogorsk city.
The program and content of the journey may vary depending on weather conditions and the physical training of the group. There are extra days in case of waiting for favorable weather.

We will be spending a lot of time on the road, including a full-day cruise in the open ocean. If you are prone to motion sickness or seasickness, be sure to bring along a remedy to help you stay focused & not feeling ill as we travel!
It is necessary to take into account that the weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, the sun quickly changes to rain, cold to warm and vice versa. Take the most practical and comfortable clothes and shoes, and the more warm things, the better.
No special skills are required for hiking and climbing, but you should listen carefully to the safety precautions and follow the rules you will be told on the trail.
